Port Harcourt → Calgary
Born in Port Harcourt, Nigeria in 1997. Moved to Calgary, Alberta in 2007 at the age of 9.
Started making music in elementary school as part of a playground rap group. Downloaded Fruity Loops and taught myself music production. Joined high school band where I played saxophone and percussion in the jazz ensemble. Started playing piano at local churches during high school and have continued playing at multiple churches in Calgary to the present day.
Worked in restaurant kitchens from 2012 to 2022, starting at age 14. Worked across fine dining and pub food establishments. Earned a culinary certificate from George Brown College in Toronto in 2017.
Left Calgary in 2015 after high school to study computer science at York University. Moved to Toronto specifically to pursue cooking in one of the world's greatest food cities while studying computer science.
Returned to Calgary in 2018. Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management from SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) in 2023. This degree led to employment at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL), one of Canada's largest oil and gas producers. Worked fly-in fly-out (FIFO) shifts in Fort McMurray. Negotiated contracts worth over $20 million while employed at CNRL.
Throughout this period, I continued playing in multiple bands simultaneously, building platforms and web projects, organizing community events and workshops, and maintaining active involvement in church communities.
Left CNRL to focus on blockchain platform development full-time. Won pitch competitions at Stand With Crypto Canada in Ottawa and EasyA Shark Tank in Las Vegas. Built PresenceNet, a decentralized protocol for cryptographic proof of human presence. Built Kanjii, a Japanese language learning application. Built AZACH, a sustainable fashion e-commerce platform. Built multiple client websites for businesses across Canada.
Currently 28 years old and based in Calgary, Alberta. Continue to work across blockchain technology, web development, music production, and community building.
